ปั๊มแช่ KOSHIN รุ่น PKG-1500
ตัวปั๊มสามารถดูดสิ่งปฏิกูลรวมทั้งเศษผ้าและขยะอินทรีย์ เป็นต้น ใบพัดของปั๊มเป็นแบบ Grinder ผลิตจากวัสดุเหล็กชุบด้วยโครเมียม ทำให้สามารถใช้กับงานตัดบดให้เป็นชิ้นส่วนเล็ก ๆ ได้ ทำให้ตัวเครื่องไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องการอุดตัน เหมาะสำหรับใช้สูบน้ำที่เป็นขยะ เช่น เศษอาหาร,เศษใบไม้,เศษกระดาษทิชชู่ ,เศษขยะมูลฝอย หรือเศษผ้า ตัวเครื่องมีความทนทานสูง
โครงสร้าง
- ตัวซีลเคลือบถึงสองชั้น (Double Mechanical Seal)
- ตัวฉนวนเป็น มอเตอร์ Class F
- ตัวเพลามีปลอกหุ้ม เพื่อป้องกันให้ไม่ถูกกัดกร่อน
- Mechanical Seal ที่อยู่ตรงปากท่อสามารถดักสิ่งเจือปนและสารที่มีความกัดกร่อนได้
- มีอุปกรณ์ Thermal Protection เพื่อป้องกันกระแสไฟเกินและระบายความร้อนให้กับมอเตอร์
- เพิ่มการซีลที่ตัวสายไฟ
